Look down the very bottom of the machine you should see a couple screws on the bottom unscrew these and remve the lower panel you may have one screw also in the clean out you will be looking for a type of pull cord that is attached to the door pull the cord and the door will open. if the delay lock is not releasing then you would have to replace the door lock assembly in the unit if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future Thanks Rick
