Sounds like you may have a loose connection on some of your drives i would open it up and check it out. also if it has a usb interface you can re download the firmware for this. you may wanna try and unplug it for a few minutes to refresh the system. let me know if tghat helps that what i found when i did research on your issue for you.

Hi Lilb86, I would like to send a photo of the machine and one, I took a picture closer to the duplicator controller to see, that does not appear anything but black stripes on the image, even when I try to move up or down arrows, the machine is not respond or display anything. if you could share an email to send the images to see what you think.
