Hi I have a 1 to 15 CD DVD Systor SATA 20x Duplicator Burner Copier System who buys 5 months ago, but now when I turn the machine on but the display controller is lit but I do not see the menu, I can not select anything.

Hi Lilb86, I would like to send a photo of the machine and one, I took a picture closer to the duplicator controller to see, that does not appear anything but black stripes on the image, even when I try to move up or down arrows, the machine is not respond or display anything. if you could share an email to send the images to see what you think.

Thank you very much in advance.

Sounds like you may have a loose connection on some of your drives i would open it up and check it out. also if it has a usb interface you can re download the firmware for this. you may wanna try and unplug it for a few minutes to refresh the system. let me know if tghat helps that what i found when i did research on your issue for you.

Could be either. Perhaps the unit is overheating. Try aiming a fan at the ventilation holes and see if that makes a difference. Another possibility is that there are some capacitors that are aging. It could also be software, so check the manufacturers site for firmware updates. The unit probably doesn't require drivers, so I don't think you'll find any. The other possibility is the software you use to author the disks.

Acard duplicator - 'Source drive not ready'

> source drive not ready

When you push the button to open/close the drawer, does it work,
i.e., is there electrical power reaching the drive?

Did you put a disk into the "source" drive?
Is the same disk recognized when you put that disk into any other computer?
If so, then the "source" drive is damaged, and needs to be repaired/replaced.
