Here are some options from best to worst and I recommend that you turn off the computer beforehand

Use a straightened paperclip and insert an end into the auto eject hole. (A little pinhole on the front of most disk drives)
Use a knife or flathead to pry the disk tray open.
If it doesn't have a tray you could use tweezers to pinch it out of there

I have pryed open disk trays before without issue

Luckily, there is an easy way to pop the disc back out. Underneath the dvd tray, there should be a very small hole, around the size of a pin. Take a pin, or small enough object and push in there, you will feel resistance. Upon resistance, push harder unless it doesn't move, then try taking the pin out and try it again. When you push it further, the dvd tray should pop/slide out and your dvd should be there.

You should be able to open the drive with a straightened paperclip. look at the front of the drive for a small hole. you may have to remove any plastic shrouds if they block or cover the drive. insert the paperclip and the drive will pop open slightly, pull it open the rest of the way and remove the disc. push the drive closed. you may need to restart the computer before the drive works correctly.
hope this helps

RCA TV DVD Combo DVD makes loud grinding noise when playing DVD

does not sound correct. Perhaps the laser is hitting the DVD, or a gear is dirty. Anyway, if you keep playing with a strange noise in the player, it won't take long before it stops complete, or till you destroyed all your DVD's When you don't see scratches on the silver side of the DVD's, you should check (or let a technician check) what can be wrong with the player.

Can,t get a picture when i try to play a dvd

Did you check the video connection between the DVD player and the TV (or monitor)? Or is this a portable DVD player with its own display? Did you make sure the DVD was inserted label-side up? What information is the DVD giving you? Are you using a remote? Did you try playing it with commands directly on the face of the DVD player?

I cant load the needle into the sg tag attacher HELP!!!!

Turn the grey lever to the front, insert the needle all the way with the grove facing the side away from the lever (in this case towards me). The slider that places the tag on the garment will slide forward into that needle grove, Immediately after inserting the needle turn the lever towards the back of the gun. It locks the needle in place. If the needle pops out, you haven't inserted it all the way or you have the grove of the needle facing the wrong way.

Seems to be out of time will not pick up the thread from the bobbin

Hi. This may sound silly, but check to make sure that the needle is inserted correctly. All needles have a flat side and that side needs to face a particular direction, depending on your machine. In my experience, most modern machines need that the flat side of the needle is facing away from you, toward the rear. Unless the flat side is facing the correct way, the top thread will not pick up the bobbin thread.

Another thing to check is that your needle isn't bent, but in most cases the needle is inserted wrong.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO PUT THE CARD IN IT

Tiffano,
You have not specified what card you want inserted. Anyway.

Please remove the 3 screws at the back of the PC on the right side of the PC as you face to back. This will enable you to remove the cover thus exposing the innards of the PC. You will find at least one slot empty for a cord to be inserted. Insert the card with its contact lugs towards the motherboard and the metallic strip towards the back.. Fit it properly and tighten the screw on top of the metallic strip to the body of the computer. Once done, screwup the side plate of the PC and turn it around to face you. Now insert the CD that came with the card and install the card.
Now you are ready to use the card.

Dvd player wont play

I found this on the PROSCAN website under customer support manuals. The website is www.oncorpus.com.I hope this information helps you with your problem. IMPORTANT THE LABEL SIDE OF THE DVD MUST FACE THE BACK SIDE OF THE TELEVISION 1. Press the ‘INPUT’ button to select ‘DVD’ mode, if no disc is inserted yet, the display shows ‘No Disc’.
2.Insert a DVD with the printed side facing towards the rear of the TV/DVD Player (see below)
3.The TV will first display ‘Loading’, then change to ‘DVD-video’. Most DVDs will show some preliminary
information then stop at a main menu screen.
4. Press PLAY/PAUSE to play it directly. Or press the DVD-MENU button to access the disc menu during
playback.
5.Use the direction button on the remote control to select the desired option. Press ENTER to select the
option or press the ► button. Playback will now commence.
6.After playback, press the EJECT button on remote control or EJECT button on TV/DVD to remove the
disc.
Note: No function‘’ will sometimes appear on the screen after a button is pressed. This indicates that the
function is not supported at the current time.

I cannot open my compaq evo d51s, any ideas?

I just removed one of these cases.
The silver face-plate is attached to the cover that you wish to remove. The black plastic just below the silver is a part of the base.
  • With the face of the computer towards you, place your thumbs on the black plastic below the face-plate.
  • Use your fingers to press into the side-buttons.
  • Using your thumbs to push against the base, pull the cover towards you.

Rewatch your dvd that came with your machine. If, you do not have that, read the manual. Sometimes you have the thread feeding the wrong way, make sure that it unwinds toward you. Also, check your needle, change if necessary. Make sure the flat side faces the rear of the machine and is inserted all the way up.
