I have problems with this cellphone SJ816. I bought last December to my daughter and all was well, but after one months ago my phone say Invalid SIM. Last week I bought a new sim and I continue with the same mesage Invalid SIM. I call to my provider and they told me "you are managing a unblocked cell ponhe" and we can do anything. Some one know what can I do with this problems? I try using the sim in other CLARO phones and i do call.

GO TO TRACFONE.COM AND THERE YOU CAN GET THE NUMBER TO CALL THEM TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM. JUST HAD TO DO THIS LAST WEEK WITH MY DAUGHTERS CARD IT WOULD NOT EXCEPT THE PIN AND THEY FIXED IT FOR ME.

you will have to format it once, by going to the gallery or mobile shop.

Hi dear! liquid or water is the number 1 enemy of any electronic devices such as cellular phone,maybe some the cellphone technician can repair it but it won't last long,another all samsung service center will not accept for repair of any wet board nor wet cellular phones.....
maybe you bought the wrong battery model for your cellphone.. you should make sure that the old model is exactly the same with the new battery that you bought.
