Dear expert of LG WF-F783PC (washing machine). i am using an LG washing machine model LG WF-F783PC.its giving a warning alarm after 3-5 seconds of operation (wash & spin mode)

Possible that the inlet flow is low , check the inlet valve and filter. Also try using the manual settings and if all the cycle works well then it is possible that the fault is with the controller unit or a possible errors from the level controller or the inlet valve.
It is best to remove them , check reset after cleaning.

Max therm 33300 btu temp is set at 98 but turns off at 94

What do you use to control it? If it's a separate controller (not the one on the heater) than these are adjustable temp. wise. You have to claibrate it. If you are using the controller on the heater than your thermostat is the most likely culprit, but that is a problem you could probably live with. Just adjust your temp setting higher.

What is cooling and dehumidification mode

When dehumidification operation is set by remote controller, the intake air temp.is detected and the setting temp.is automatically set according to intake air temp. expl. Intake temp.78.8 set point will be 77. When intake air temp.is 2deg.below the setting temp.the indoor fan operates at iow speed or stops. It is just a way to controlle humitity rater than just temp. Some systems reach setpoint before enough humitity is removed, making house feel stuffy,or damp.

Wf 865 water does not seem to be heating up

The cycle does not advance because the temp sensor does not detect enough temperature.

The heating element must be tested using a multimeter , and eventually replaced.

Usually the element is the problem, if element is fine, the temp sensor and the timer control must be checked.

What is the correct procedure for setting temp

You should still have a lower element. If the lower element doesn't get hot when the controller is set for 350 degrees, that's the problem.
