Good morning misstcomer ,

If they are standard connections , you will find all you need in any Radio Shack or similar shop .
If they are of a specific type , you will need to find a recognized Benwin retailer . You can find one by Googleling Benwin .

Best regards ,
fanaudi .

I have a sb wa340 active subwoofer. I have subwoofer and speakers but I don't have DVD how can I use this

So is the DVD part missing? There is a VCR / Aux input on the back but it is for audio only. There are no video inputs so if the DVD is not included in your sub/speaker system, you'll be limited to audio only. First, you'll need to connect a TV to your system using one 'Video Out' cable methods so you can see the menu for the remote control changes on the system. From here there are 2 options:
  1. Connect up a working DVD player directly to your TV using the best option available. Use the audio outputs on your TV to connect to the VCR or TV input on the system box. (Using standard RCA cables.) You may need to enable the external audio outputs on the TV. (Check the setup -> audio menus etc.)
  2. You can use this as an audio amp by connecting a RCA cord from the a DVD R/L audio outputs to the VCR-Aux input on the amp box. You will need to run a separate video feed from the DVD directly to your TV. (Select the desired input on the TV to watch a DVD.)
You'll need to do a lot of switching back and forth with multiple remotes to get everything working, but the speaker setup can be made useful if it still works.

Here is a manual for the system: http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/SCMT1.PDF

Missing cord to speaker to speaker, what dose it look like?

According to the owner's manual, the 'speaker to speaker' cable is not removable. The speaker to computer cable is.
It's a 6' 3.5mm stereo to 3.5mm stereo cables such as this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Link-Depot-AUDIO-6-35MM-Link-Depot-3.5mm-Male-to-Male-Audio-Cable-6/15779608

Benwin 5.1 surround sound system Humming loudly without anything pluged into it!!!

It is sad your having a problem with your
Benwin 5.1 surround sound system
If humming can be heard on all speakers, then it could probably

be on the power supply.

If it is only on the main SUB unit, then it could be the amp itself.

But check for power supply capacitors that supplies voltages to the

amps.Check for amp output DC voltages too.

What if went in safety mode, safety mode is froze in screen. Won't do anything

"Safety" mode - literally? I don't see that anywhere in the manual.

Speaker Connection Precautions

(North American and Taiwan models) You can connect speakers with an impedance of between 6 and 16 ohms. If you use speakers with a lower impedance, and use the amplifier at high volume levels for a long period of time, the built-in amp protection circuit may be activated.

Page 66

The STANDBY indicator flashes red

The protection circuit has been activated. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet immediately.

Disconnect all speaker cables and input sources, and leave the AV receiver with its power cord disconnected for 1 hour. After that, reconnect the power cord and set the volume to maximum. If the AV receiver stays on, set the volume to minimum, disconnect the power cord, and reconnect your speakers and input sources. If the AV receiver turns off when you set the volume to maximum, disconnect the power cord, and contact your Onkyo dealer.

Generally speaking, an amp protects itself from heat, shorts, overloads and operator exuberance by refusing to turn on or stay on.

Overloads can be from excessive periods of high output or marginally low impedance loading by the speakers; and shorts would be wiring issues or a speaker blowing up.

You should be able to feel if it's hot. WHY is it overheating? Make sure it has sufficient ventilation on all sides and that vent holes are not blocked by dust balls. Ensure the fan (if equipped) is running as designed (some only operate on demand). Clean dust and debris from it.

If the amp comes back on after cooling, you're lucky. They only have so many self-protection cycles in their lives so continuously resetting or cycling their power without addressing the cause can do more harm than good.

If it protects immediately on a cool power up you should disconnect the speaker connections and try it 'naked'. If it comes up then diagnose which lead(s) are shorted. If it does not come up the problem is internal and should be left to an experienced and competent hands-on tech.

I have a 1400 watt cruch amp & i hooked it up myself. when i turn the radio on the power wire on the amp comes on, bt if the audio cords are hooked up, the protection light comes on. if i dnt hook the...

Should the amplifier go into protect mode, simply disconnect all RCA and speaker leads, while keeping +12 volt, power ground and remote leads connected.

1. Now turn the amplifier back on, and if the diagnostic LED lights, the amplifier has an internal fault.

2. If not, plug the RCA cables back, and reset the amplifier. If it goes into diagnostic now, the fault lies in the input, either with bad cables or source unit.

3. If the amplifier seems fine with RCA cables plugged in, connect the speakers, one at a time, and if one of the speakers or its wiring is faulty, it will activate the diagnostic
system.

You should be able to plug them into your sound card. If an adapter is needed, they can be found at almost any electronics store.

My reciever plays then cuts out

They don't overload from missing speakers. I'm curious, what buggered the one speaker?

Examine all of your speaker wires carefully to be sure no unintended contact is made between them and anything else.

Is "overload" being displayed?

“OVERLOAD” starts flashing on the display.

Speakers are overloaded because of high volume.

1. Press STANDBY/ON on the front panel to turn off the receiver.
2. Stop the playback source.
3. Turn on the receiver again, and adjust the volume.
----------------
Speakers are overloaded because of short circuit of speaker terminals.

Press STANDBY/ON on the front panel, then check the speaker wiring.

If “OVERLOAD” does not disappear after turning on the receiver again, unplug the AC power cord, then plug it back in again.
If speaker wiring is not short-circuited, contact your dealer.
