First off, press the "mode" button for 3 seconds.
Secondly, after the watch enters the "Time Editting Mode", press the "mode" button for 1 second (Clearly to say, it's recommended that you should release immediately right after you press it).
Lastly, press the "start" button to navigate through hour, minute and second numbers. In order to change those values, you need to press "alarm" button several times. Hence, the values to be set increase.
