That usually depends on the brand and model, but for a generic Android tablet:
1. Hold the Power and Volume Up buttons until you see the boot animation 2. Release the Power button but continue holding the volume button. 3. When you see the recovery menu options, use the volume buttons to choose wipe data/factory reset then press Home to confirm selection 4. Press Volume up to confirm and wait for the reset.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Go to applications, settings, back up and reset. If you want to save your data check the "back up my data" box, then tap the "factory data reset" and tap the "reset tablet" tab. The tablet will then be reset to the original factory settings.
