Dishwasher is new...installed yesterday and as soon as we plugged it in, LO came up on the screen. What does that mean and can I use the unit? I haven't tried it yet.

LO means rinse aid level is low in the dispenser.

All you need to is refill the rinse aid dispenser.

My dishwasher is brand new - installed yesterday - as far as I can tell teh arms are not moving

This may be just a simple problem of removing the tywraps that keep the arms from moving until the unit is installed. Carefully check the arms and the base to see if there are any still there and remove them. Manufacturers do this to keep the arms from moving in transit. Hope this helps!

F2 error message after dishwasher backed up when draining. Asko brand.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F2 in your Asko Dishwasher means high water level. This error occurs due to plugged/bad water pump and/or a bad inlet valve. If the water pump and/or water inlet valve are bad it should be replaced to resolve this issue. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Issues with new Garmin

Try pushing the reset button and charging again. If that doesn't work I think you've got a defective unit. Contact the seller and sendit back for a trade.

New dishwasher just arrived and it is wet on the inside!

All appliance manufacturers test 1 out of every 5-10 appliances as they come off the assembly line. If you got a new unit and it is wet inside, this is a good thing, this means that your unit was actually factory tested. Obviously, they aren't going to take the time to dry out every unit that is tested, they box them up and ship them out knowing that they are going to be in a customer's home very soon anyway.

The plastic connector separates from the metal faucet attachment when I turn on the water (PS I have the Danby 496)

IF IT IS NEW, PARTS SHOULD HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
GO BACK TO THE PLACE YOU PURCHASED IT AND HAVE THEM ORDER A NEW CONNECTOR. IT SHOULD COME WITH
THE HOSES AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS UNSCREW THE
HOSES FROM THE BACK OF THE DISWASHER AND INSTALL THE NEW ONES. IF IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY, MAKE SURE ALL OF THE SCREWS ARE TIGHT IN THE CONNECTOR. OTHERWISE, REPLACE THE CONNECTOR.

PLD4555RFC: Low Rinse Agent Light Will Not Go Out

I've disconnected the sensor in the dispenser for my new Frigidaire dishwasher. The setup is too unreliable in my opinion and is a potential source of headaches. I had the same problem. I studied the design and it's too easy for the floating magnet sensor in the rinse aid reservoir to stick thereby not actuating what is called a reed switch to toggle the control card LO ckt light. Mine has the electronic control front panel.
