The steam generator probably has it's own circuit breaker in your home's circuit breaker panel. Turning that off, will stop the alarm. Most steam generators have a reservoir that holds the water to be heated, as well as a float valve that opens to fill the reservoir as needed. I suspect the float valve is stuck and the the sensor is reading it as low water supply. You won't be able to investigate that, until you turn the circuit breaker OFF.
