Question about Heating & Cooling
Tirn the Master ON/OFF switch to OFF. Unplug the unit for 12 to 15 minutes. This should allow the unit to reset itself. Plug the unit back in and turn the Master Switch to ON. If it reset itself, it should work normally. If it doesn't test the wall outlet it's plug into to make sure it still has power. Unplug the heater and plug in a lamp to see if it works. If it doesn't the circuit breaker in your homes breaker panel has been tripped and needs to be reset. More than likely, your Heat Surge Heater tripped the breaker, because of a malfunction.
