Call lowes and then call a few other stores and see what the lowest price is. Then go to Lowes and buy it as they guarantee the lowest price. I don't know one person that memorizes cordless drill battery prices so quit being lazy.

Can i exchange batteries in a 12v cordless shop source drill?

I will interpret this as "can I get replacement batteries for my 12V cordless shop source drill?" probably not. Most manufacturers phased out 12 volt tools years ago, replacing them with 18 or 20 volt tools , though a few people still sell dewalt 12 volt batteries.

There are 18 volt batteries available that may fit your drill. Harbor Freight is one source.

WHERE CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT CHARGER FOR A GREATNECK DRILL?

I have to be the bearer of bad news. These are mass produced to give you the lowest price possible. They are made in Keorea/Taiwan and unfortunately do not make replacement parts. These are sold to any company that pays enough to put their name on it. Shop force makes the same drill and several other brands. So when something goes bad you have to replace the entire drill (only comes in the combo pk). You can't buy seperate pieces. Try shop force or Master craft. They're similar to what you have. Found one on Ebay. IF you keep looking you can probably find a seller with just the charger. Good luck
