Verify if the shipping bolts were removed. The machine will be shaking and moving if they weren't. In the back of the machine there should 4 big bolts attached with nuts.

verify it is level too. it doesn't take much to mess up this machine.

Also this machine gets testy if you put one item in that gets heavy when wet. Like a fleece jacket, add a couple more items such as a few small towels to even it out.

Our Maytag washer PAV2200 is bouncing all over the floor during the spin cycle. Continues to get worse. What can I do?

Is it new? If it is, or if it has been doing this since you got it, the chance is that you never removed the Transport brackets at the back. If it has been removed, try adjusting the feet to the highest possible.

Hope it helps

Maytag Washing Machine Out of Balance Even When Empty

the machine is not level... put a level across front back sides to check adjust legs leveling bolts as needed.... also is the machine installed on a carpet floor??? if yes put a sheet of plywood under machine so it wont "bounce" on floor.

My maytag washer rocks and bounces during the spin cycles

Dont know how much this will help, but the most common solution to this problem is making sure the adjustable legs on the bottom of the washer are level and all there. Hope this helps some.

Maytag Neptune Series MAH5500BW loud noise during spin cycle.

very loud in spin cycle can mean a bad rear bearing, not something a homeowner would want to try to replace, parts would exceed 6-7 hundered dollars. you may have some extended part warr through the manufacture. still probly gonna be a 5 hundred when the labor is added in

Washer does not work after water fills up (Legacy series)

The motor has had it and it is effecting the whole washer or it may be the computer but most likley the motor.

Turn it off and unplug it. take it to the nearest repair man
