If the camera is not on the device manager its either your camera is not detected by the system or the driver is not installed properly. To solve this kind of problem first you must uninstall any driver software for this camera under control panel. then restart the computer afterwards reinstall the driver for your camera. if the driver you had won't let you use the camera, you could try downloading the driver at

How to restore dell latitude E6510 to factory settings

Restoring A Dell computer/laptop back to the Factory setup
If you do not have a RECOVERY CD then contact Dell to purchase this Recovery CD for your model Dell laptop. Boot up using the Recovery CD and follow the instructions.
The other way is to re- install Windows using a Windows installation CD; it must match the Windows version on the Windows Product Code label on the bottom of your laptop. Boot up using the Windows installation CD and follow the instructions. Next install all of the Dell's computer/laptop device drives. Next install the Windows service packs (SP2 & SP3 for XP, SP1 & SP2 for Vista) Next Activate Windows via the Internet or by phone. Next install your programs - Microsoft Office etc. Next click on Start - Programs - Windows Update (for the latest updates).
The device drivers for your model computer/laptop can be downloaded from the Dell WEB support site. To download the drivers from Dell WEB site, select your model desktop or laptop, or a better option, type in the Service Tag number, this is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). The Service Tag will open the page where the drivers specific for your model computer/laptop are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

Dell Latitude E6510 wifi button will not turn on

The problem might be arising out of an issue with the Wireless services or the network drivers on your machine.
Please follow the below steps:
Windows 7:
1) Click Start> Type in 'Services' and click on the services option.
2) Within the Services window, scroll down to the bottom and look for 'WLAN Auto configuration'. Right click on the option and click on Restart if its already started or click on Start if its not.
Check if wifi is enabled and if you are able to connect now.
If the above steps do not work, please try the below steps:
1) Click Start> Type in 'Device manager' and click on it.
2) Expand Network adapters within device manager.
3) Look for an adapter which has the word 'wireless' in it.
4) Right click on the adapter and click on uninstall. If you get a window to confirm, click yes( make sure you do not choose the option: " Delete the driver software for this device".)
5) Now, click on Action on Device Manager and select ' Scan for Hardware changes'.
heck if wifi is enabled and if you are able to connect now.

Windows 8: If you have windows 8, Click 'Windows' key and 'W' on your keyboard and search for the same options as mentioned above.
Hope your wifi issue gets resolved!
