Your only option buddy,is to find and reinstall the original or a compatable operating system.
Perhaps you should check [Manufacturers site***!0]if you can "restore to factory settings " (using a hot key sequence)---FN/F10 (for example)(!)(most pc's are different,thats just an example!
Could also be a "harddrive failure" listen carefully to the pc and see if you can hear the harddrive hard at work!--there will be some fan noise-but see if you can hear the drive working.good luck!!
