ITS NOT WORKING, I WENT TO CONTROL PANEL AND WHERE IT HAVE THE LAPTOP WEB CAM IT HAS A YELLOW TRIANGLE WITH A EXCLAMATION MARK IN IT

You probably need drivers for your web cam.

You can try to find the drivers by Google: "the name of your web cam" + Driver

Camera not working


Have you checked the camera's status in the Device Manager? If the drivers is properly installed (there is no yellow triangle and exclamation mark) and it is not disabled, then you can test it using manycam application (www.manycam.com).

To check the drivers installation:
[Start], Control Panel, Device Manager.

Control panel/device manager look for any yellow exclamation marks right click it and choose update driver allow it to go online to search Or go to the manufacturers website and look for the drivers for that model

Web cam problems


Check the device manager and see if the drivers for your webcam is properly installed, you will see a yellow triangle exclamation mark beside the webcam if the driver is not installed properly. You can check the updated drivers at the support website www.support.dell.com. Hope this helps
