Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
If you meant how do i reset the laptop to its factory-image, just press Alt and F10 keys at the same time (together, repeatedly) as the system starts-up. This should start Acer eRecovery which is on all acer laptops. Just follow the on-screen directions to do the restoration of the C: drive with the factory-image from a hidden partition on the laptop's hard disk drive. Any existing user data on C: will be cleared by the restoration.
