Question about Maytag Dryers
Double check your power cord installation. The following link explains in detial how a power cord is to be installed and the differences between the 3 and 4 wire configurations:
There is a difference in how the power cords are installed. Pay particular attention to how you have the ground and neutral wires terminated. If installed incorrectly, the dryer may not run, you could damage the appliance, or you could create an electric shock hazard. If you have questions, please post back and let me know.
