If by picture messages u mean mms, then u need to get the settings from youre service provider, contact them and get the setting, they usually send in the form of sms, or smart messages, save them and make them default it should work from there, and the pother device wich you are trying to send an mms to, needs to have the mms service working in order to receive them.

But f actually mean those black and white pic that fit in sms, then u need to get ur Message Center number checked, same thing, contact ur service provider and ask them for that number.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check the Message Centre Number if correct. It is under Message Settings, SMS Center.
You can obtain the right number from your network provider.

Hope this helps!

Go into the SMS settings menu and check that the correct profile is selected. This is usually the name of the mobile phone companythat is providing the service. If you have 2 sims installed check each profile.
