Question about Kitchen Ranges
above is your support site.Below is the web site so you can contact them.
Hi, this seems to be some sort of fault, that has caused the unit to shutdown, most likely some component is about to fail, catastrophically, this has been "Sensed" and the Computer has "Shut the system down" to avoid a fire an explosion or perhaps both. It may be a power supply problem itself, or some other problem overloading the power supply.
The fact you have an illuminated LED means that power is actually entering the unit, however IF there is NO display etc, than this indeed indicates a potentially serious problem.that needs to be addressed by a professional, familiar with this type of device.
My professional advise is to contact the manufacturer and explain things to them and ask them "What to do" and be guided by them, they have the know how and capability better than anyone else to appraise and remedy your problem, faster and less expensive than any other way.
