I wouldn't recommend opening up the keyboard it may just be something lose, or the pad under the key on that side is just warn out, try cleaning it.. and if nothing else works then you might as well try popping it own and trying to see what the problem is and then popping it back in, just be careful not to break any of the peices and use something like a knife and wedge it and pop it or a screwdriver..
