Question about Franklin Industries Refrigerators

Open Question

We have a wine cooler model # HDC36SS, manufactured by Franklin Industries ( Everstar Appliances) which we bought about 5 years ago. It has a recurring noise problem coming from the rear of the cooler, the noise comes and goes. Sometimes we can shut the door of the wine cooler real hard and the noise will subside or go away. It is driving us crazy. My thought is it might be the fan but don't know that for sure. Do you think it's fixable and if so who can we contact in Orlando, florida that can repair it. I think we purchased at Lowes. Thanks for your advice. Bob Cantu
