I get the exact error message -- is there a patch available to fix it? I've run my registry cleaner several times but it has no effect on this problem.

I am running XP. I went to RUN - MSCONFIG, then go to START tab. You will find an entry for this DLL. Uncheck to box, choose APPLY, and restart your PC, the nagging pop up on restart should be gone.

Do a search from the start menu, all files and folders. Type this message into the search box, once the search has found it, delete it, then empty the recycle bin. If the search doesn't yield anything, then leave the C:PROGRA off of the front of it, this means C drive, program files. Don't worry about deleting this. It is an unused dll extension or file path. You might also go to filehippo.com and download CCleaner. This is a cleaning program that will get rid of any unused extensions, file paths, and dll's. You will want to run both the regular and registry cleaners. Don't worry about backing up the registry, it won't delete any necessary files or programs.

When i start my computer I get message

This error is caused by a browser plugin, which is not able to find the proper .dll (dynamic link library) file.  Many of us would consider the software you are using spyware or malware, as it is caused by programs such as MyWebSearch.  You may have downloaded addons such as smilies or cursor mania.  I would recommend uninstalling and removing any toolbars or addons that you have installed, as these are likely spyware or malware.
