Hi,

Here's the steps in order for you to get your printer ONLINE and be able to print.

1. Click on your START menu
2. SETTINGS / Printers and FAXES or via COTNROL PANEL, printers and faxes
3. RIGHT click on your printer
4. Make sure "Use Printer Offline" is NOT ticked, if it is, UNtick it

Your printer should respond immediately if there are documents on queue for printing and should print it out.

Hope this helps!
Good Luck!

My printer is on but on my pc i got the message printer is offline and all i want to print go s to the wachtrij and i can not print anything

Well, there are two ways of you see "off line" message.

1. Unhooked with computer or power code.

2. Cartridge is not feasible..(may be not readable however, can't locate the ink level)

Assuming #2 appear to be right for your case.

Try to reset your printer prior to printer
