I am trying to pair my bluetooth with my phone and it is asking for a passcode. I have tried 0000 and 1234 and neither one is working. Any suggestions?

Look at the manual the headset came with. It should give you a code to enter.

Trying to pair my plantronics 220 to my phone and dont have a passcode for it

Most bluetooth headsets use a universal "0000" (four numerical zero's) for the passcode. This device should be no exception from this universal rule.
Hope this helped you?

My lg 260 wont pair with another lg 260 and it ask for passcodes and it still wont work..

when asked for passcode enter any code e.g. 12345 and enter thereafter it tries to connect to the other phone. Now the other phone will ask the code where you have to enter the same code, and voila! You"re paired.
Obviously bluetooth should be 'on' on both the phones.

Code for bluetooth car kit

Also note that some of the IHF1000 carkits may also use 1234 for the passcode. When you go into the Setup Menu and ask it to Pair a Phone, the prompt will tell you the correct passcode (0000 or 1234) to enter by saying, "Enter xxxx, when requested".

Bluetooth passcode

When pairing two phones, you need to set up the connection on both phones. One will ask you to enter the password when you are creating the new connection, which you will then need to enter on the second phone to complete the connection. This ensures that only people you allow to connect (people you gave the code to) can connect to your device.
