The MACBook driver needs to be installed from Xerox website.

i cant find any xerox 3121 driver for mac also. i have tried to instal samsung 1740 "as xerox 3121" driver and its works.

I went to the Xerox site and there is not a driver listed for a Mac platform for that product.
Wish I had a better answer for you.

It is a print head tilt error.
Most likely ink is in the stainless steel pivot block at the bottom of the print head.
Also the printer could have been unplugged and the cleaning blade is stuck to the print head.
Or a cable is binding the print head movement.
