The output on the camera, depending on the model will either output to a vcr recorder or to a computer. You should be able to just change the ouput of the camera to display on the tv. It'll most likely have yellow composite connection, that will allow you to connect it to the tv.

Cannot get tv to work with outside connection. Both inside connection work. What is the problem.

One thing to make sure is that the cables are actually attached. Take the outside connection apart and make sure the cable is attached to the plate. I worked on RV's for years and this happens more than you think.

Camera don't want to connect to android tablet

A couple things to check. Sometimes the router will not allow you to use an Outside IP address to view your cameras if you are Inside the same network as the DVR. I know AT&T for sure does not allow you to go from inside your network, to an outside IP address that directs you back to your inside network. Sorry is this sounds confusing. To test this, turn WiFi off on your Android and try to access the cameras. If you cannot connect inside or outside your network, then you should try to verify you can connect with a computer. Use a PC or laptop to see if your cameras are visible. If you can access the cameras on PC, make sure there is not another port that needs to be opened for the mobile devices. Geovision DVRs for instance require some changes in the DVR itself to allow mobile devices to connect. Email me back with your DVR model and what carrier you have, the phone model and the internet provider. But you must first try getting to view your cameras on a PC to see if the setup was the issue. Good luck.

No antenna port for Olevia TV How do I connect outside antenna to Olevia monitor

you will have to use a VCR, DVD player that has a built in tuner, or an HD converter box. The HD converter box will have an antenna connection for the outside antenna. But will also have RCA outputs to connect your TV to the converter

How to connect camera to sony bravia tv.

Connect your camera in RCA cable (the one with a red, white, yellow connector for audio/video connection). Then connect it to your Bravia TV.. Set your Bravia TV in video mode, (the mode when you're playing DVD player in your TV)..
Note: Your video mode depends on where you connect your RCA cable. There are up to 3 video mode, Video-1,Video-2,Video-3
Then turn on your camera..

I cannot show pictures on my tv from my sony 120 . I have the cords and the input on the tv but nothing happens when I try to show them???The manual suggest to delete the usb port???

Hi,

You can either use the supplied A/V and USB Multi connector cable for connecting the Camera to the TV. Connect the Yellow cable to the Yellow port on the TV for Video and the Red and White for audio. Then select the proper input on the TV where the cable is connected.
You may also connect the HD Out of the Camera to the HDMI Input on the TV using the compatible HDMI cable for the Camera.
Before connecting the Camera to the TV, you may have to change the settings in the Camera depends on the TV type.
1. Component Settings from the Main Settings 2 Menu of the Camera should be set to HD or SD depends on the connection. Also depends on HDMI (HD) or A/V (SD) video connection.
2. Video Out Settings from the Main Settings 2 menu of the Camera should be set to NTSC or PAL depends upon the color system of the TV.
Try changing the settings in the Camera and connect it to the TV to view the images.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Unhooked all lines in back of tv cant remember to rehook up have2

granmabj,

There are common connections to each receiver but there are unique connections also depending on the receiver. Solo receivers have a coax cable coming from the Dish outside connected to Satellite In. Duo receivers and DVR HD receivers have the coax cable that comes from the dish outside that connects to Satellite 1 and Satellite 2 using a splitter. There is also a cable (coax, RCA (yellow, white, red) or component (green, blue, red - video, white, red - audio) or an HDMI if HD) connected from the receiver to the TV 1. For a duo receiver TV 2 may be backfed on the cable coming from the dish outside using diplexers. This may sound confusing but you can call 1-800-333-3474 for assistance.

I have a security camera outside that runs to tv with rca cables. i want to record to a vcr which is connected to tv by coax. i cant get it to record the camera picture. can u help?

The coax connection is one-way RF only from the VCR to the TV. It cannot be used to record from TV to VCR.
Run the RCA cables to the Line or Aux input on the VCR first. Watch on the TV through the coax connection to the TV. You can watch even when not recording the camera signal on the VCR by setting the output of the VCR to Line instead of a channel.
Another option would be to connect a component (RCA) output from the TV (if there is one) to the VCR Line or Aux input.

How do I connect a Linksys WVC54GCA camera to the router?

the camera and the router need to be on the same "subnet" if you don't understand the "subnet" please e-mail me at frcs68@hotmail.com.
the other things is that you can only use the camera "within your network". you can't see the camera from outside. like Starbucks, at work, or by use of any internet browser. etc.
I am assuming you want to able to see the camera using the web browser.
in order for you to see the camera from outside of your network, you have to enable a port on the router. (don't know if you have to enable a port on the Modem). which open your network for attack by outsider. In another words, anybody with wireless laptop can find your network and tap in to it and use it for what ever they want.
