Here's what you can do to resolve your problem:
Option 1. You can remove the filter of your ODD:
Here's how: ODD Filter Removal
Option 2. Restore your computer back to factory state by the use of OKR.
How: Shut down your computer.
Press and hold the inverted arrow like key besides your power button.
Select ONE KEY RECOVERY -> Restore from Initial Back up then hit start
Wait for it to complete then setup your computer again and check the ODD capabilities.
Option 2. For futher troubleshooting on your Lenovo G560, you can contact the consumer support hotline for Lenovo at 877-453-6686 - Option 2,1 - If you are within warranty you should have the option to send it to their service center free of charge.
