- I have the same problem with mine. All the lights were rotating indicating an issue with the brew unit. So, I took it out and cleaned it but can't get it back in now. I thought your suggestion woudl work mirran, but no luck.It definitely has something to do with the cranking mechanism not meshing. - yvr72
