Dim light check first make sure lamp was correct lamp for you model, most time it's worth buying lamp and enclosure to make sure lamp is correct then also it could be ballast problems.

There is sound but no picture

The board that connects to the bulb is the ballast. If it's bad then it won't fire the bulb or will cycle it on and off.

You need to replace the TV projections lamp.
The lamp part number you need is 915B403001
Once you have replaced that lamp your TV will be bright once again.

Green flashing light

the green flashing light does not make sense if set is working.

As far as a dark picture if lamp not replaced or replaced with a generic it may be nearing the end of its life, many will dim just before failing.

I have a model WD-73C9 Mitsubishi. When i turn it on after about 30 sec it turns it self off. I performed the test code with the Imput and Menu buttons and the green light flashed 3-4 could you help with...

On 2006,7 USA models DLP, this means lamp shutting off unexpectedly. Which could be a bad lamp, lamp driver(ballast), or loss of 'on' signal from engine. Lamp or driver are more common. I'd guess ballast if lamp looks good and is newer (less than 1000 hours on it.)
