I have a kitchenaid refrigerator with single door on top and pull out freezer drawer on bottom. When I open the refrigerator door it will swing all the way open and hit the counter top . How do adjust it...

It sounds like your refrigerator is out of level in the direstion of your door hinge. Under the front side, in behind the louver at the bottom will be two adjusting screws. Either raise on the hinge side or lower on the non hinge side. Or both. this should get the door to the point you should be able to let it loose and the door should, from any position, shut by itself.
Hope this helps.

How do i set the travel limits on my craftsman garage door opener 139.53919

  • Open the garage dooricon1.png fully by pressing the wall control button. The bottom section of the door should be right at the header in the "full open" position. If it is too far back, the door cable can become misaligned. If it is not back far enough, you may not be able to get your vehicle in and out of the garage.

Position a stepladder behind the garage door openericon1.png motor. Locate the limit adjusting screws on the left side of the motor housing. Have a friend stand by the wall control button.

Close the garage door by having your helper push the wall control button. Notice the seal between the door and the floor--there should not be any light coming through. Adjust the "down limit" screw in the same way if necessary.

Door will not stay down. goes to bottom then cycles up. disconnected bell wire from wall controller problem repeated using wireless remote.. the sensors at bottom of rails one is green other is yellow,

Color of sensors doesn't matter. If your door is hitting the floor and then reversing it is traveling too far in the down direction. Locate the 'down limit' control on the side of the motor unit and turn this control a bit in the opposite direction of the arrow printed on the cover. Some tweaking may be necessary.

Hi, Check the hinge cam and closer kit on the bottom hinge. See if there are any cracks or even part of the cam mising. They have a tendency to wear sown through the years. If this loks like the problem, please let me know and I can get you part #'s for you.

    Counter depth refrigerator

Do you have room to pull the fridge out from the wall, maybe just a couple inches? Pulling it out from the wall should give you more door swing without hitting the counter.

Let me know if this works for you.
