Question about Samsung Refrigerators
First thing is the freezer side cold if the freezer side is cold but the refrigerator side is warm you would be having a defrost issue here is why this happens click this link http://applianceoutletservice.com/appliance-care-tips/refrigerator-tips/refrigerator-defrost-system-information.htm if you do not have any ice inside the back wall of the freezer you would also check that the fan is blowing the cold air into the freezer you can also check the fan in back of the rear panel inside the freezer as well if both the freezer and refrigerator sides are both warm this would most likely be a compressor issue and you would need to call a technician if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick
