I'm trying to make a disk copy of a family cassette off of my GR-D371U Digital Video Camera using the Windows Media Player. It downloaded the pictures somewhere (forgive me but I am really super computer stupid). Then after it was finished and asked what to do... I told it to make a disk.
I had a DVD+R in the copy maker. It stated that I had the wrong disk and should put in a CD-R. I didn't have one at the time and hit the "retry" button which then started to put it on the disk... it showed the preview on the right of the screen and I thought every thing was working OK. When it finished, I put it into the Kawaski and said somthing to the effect that it couldn't recognize it. I got some CD-R disks and tried it again... no luck.
I called JVC who advised to contact you and attempt to find out just what kind of disks Kawaski will accept.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks and have a good day.
