Dear Sir:
You have 2 options: you can buy from www.fitnessrepairparts.com or you can buy the small magnet from any Hardware store, Since the Key is a small magnet piece.

Error 7 on my york inspiration treadmill tried reset button but still not working any ideas.

hi,
By error 7 it means that the safety is not positioned correctly. or the saftey switch inside the unit is faulty. Its a magnetic switch. When you place the safety key (its made of magnet) this switch will activate. Then only teradmill start. Check the safety key is positined correctly or not. If it is in position then you have to replace the safety switch inside the control console.

The magnet may not have enough punch using track power. Recommend you use an aux power source fixed 10 to 13VAC supply and not track power. There may also be a slight + difference between the track magnet head and the plate on the coal car so that there is insufficient force to release the dump mechanism.

i just had a noise in my York T301 that sounds exactly the same as yours. It also came up with a E1 error code and stopped working. I pulled the motor hood off and noticed that the magnet in the drive pully had come dislodged. It was hitting the speed sensor near the belt. Glued magnet back in and all better. Hope this helps.
