This is likely caused by a bad cartridge. Your description fits what happens when a bad drum on a cartridge draws too much current and the power supply cannot energize the drum units on all colors. The most common color I have seen this error with is yellow, but it could be any of them. If you recently changed one cartridge, that is the likley suspect.
