Rashes can be caused by a protein deficiency. In any case like all health aspects they actually start in the gut! Consider cleaning up your diet, maybe starting with a detox. Then just eat REAL FOOD, no processed or junk foods, sugar, etc.
As regards skin care, wash with a cleanser like Dr. Bronner's soap and lubricate with nothing but organic coconut oil. Watch a healthy glow start shining!

HI! It might be that your skin is not compatible with the product you are using. Try to find a product with organic ingredients that will be safer for your skin. I use LifeCell skincare product.

The tiny rashes shows that your skin is not accepting the product, or it is not suitable for your skin type.
