Wipe the hard drive

if its inspiron 8100 you wont have theoption of ctrl f11 as its older than 2005 when quick restore was added to dells. you will need the xp cd dell can ship it for under 11$ also download audio video network drivers for that model then burn them to cd .

However im able to remove almost all viruses with ubcd4win.com boot cd ( even with remote support= tech can do it remotely)

get unplug your hard disk get usb to ide or usb to sata cable attach it to another antivirus protected system and scan it. all virus will be fix after scan. replug it to your system. if you are using windows xp follow this after scan:
boot it with windows xp bootable cd repair it by the repair option which comes after press F8.
remmember you must select repair option after F8 thats doesn't lose your data.
