Brand new US retail was about $2400 Canada was $2800 figure you've lost at least half the value if it's 5 yrs old. ( It devalues by 10 % each year)

sadly it sounds like you need to call a service repairman . being an appliance that can explode I do not suggest you try and fix it yourself .

Blue lights flashing can not get to reset

Hey Troy, I understand that you are having problems with your Electrolux Dual-fuel Range. Have you recently installed the range or had a power outage? When the range is first plugged in, or when the power supply to the range has been interrupted, the indicator lights will flash and the control will beep. To stop the lights from flashing, turn the selector control knob to BAKE and back to OFF. You can also attempt a hard reset by unplugging or turning the household power breaker off to the appliance for five to ten minutes. If the problem persists, please reach out to a professional technician. Hope this helps! -JK

Oven temperature is off by 25 degrees

Unplug the power and wait 15 minutes. Plug it in and retest to see if temp comes back to normal. + or - 5 degrees is normal. If still same problem than you will need to re[lace the controller board.

The 30" is the widest you can get. I suggest getting a piece of stainless steel and having a metal shop cut and smooth the edges

How do I get to the grease containers?

The grease container is at the bottom of the range. If you remove the front panel there is a little plastic cup that holds the grease. Hope this helps!!
