Since this sounds like a new device I suggest you contact your supplier for that device, but, I can give you some general ideas. If this is a brand new installation, are you sure that your account has had time to be activated? The ISP has to configure your account for this device, and some of them take a long time to activate it. Also, you may have an installation disk and this will help configure the device correctly or, if you have used it, you might try installing it again to see if it corrects the issue.
