Add some jetdry or other rinse aid - it sounds like you have hard water, this should fix it up quick.

Clean white kenmore appliances

Use liquid dish soap and water on a sponge. Don't have it too wet. If you've got stubborn stains, you might need to use a cleaner which has a little bleach built in.

Tips to clean sink mats

Usually sink mats get easily stained by tomatoe-based foods or oils, and the removal of those stains and greasiness is quite unpleasant.
Here are some tips to easily get your mats back to shape.

- One option is cleaning the mats with bleach. This process should remove about 90% of the stains, but will leave the mats a bit stiff. It also should always be done while wearing rubber gloves and in a well ventilated area.

- Another option is soaking the mats for 10 minutes in very hot water and dish soap and then scrubbing them clean.

- Putting them into the dishwasher with anti-stain or anti-grease soaps is also a good solution, and should work almost as well as the previous solution. They can also both be done, making the result even more satisfying.

- In addition to these methods, you can also make a paste of baking soda and white vinegar and use it as "soap" to scrub the stains. You can also let the paste sit on the stain for a bit, it should make it easier to remove the stain after.

Kenmore 70 series, leaves browb lines on clothes. is there cleaning procedure for the washer?

It could be coming from your fabric softner. I know when I use liquid fabric softner I get oily looking stains on clothes. I no longer use liquid softner. I also use Dawn dish soap in my washer. I use Dawn instead of any other stain removers. Dawn dish soap works on everything.

Cutlery is cloudy and dirty, some food is dried onto knives and forks. Cups and glasses are cloudy and not clean on inside. Coffee or tea stains are not removed. Plates and soup bowls seem OK , and water...

they must have changed the way they treat the water in your area. those spots are caused by hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product out for this problem. it filters the water going into your dishwasher leaving them spot free and crystal clear with every load. you will love the way your dishes look.

My washing machine is leaving little residue on all my clothes after a complete wash, What are they? and how do you get rid of it, the washing machine is not yet a year old

Describe the residue. If it's oily (black, dk green) then the seal is out of the tranny and oil is getting into the tub. Dry cleaning is best for oil based stains. Liquid dish detergent is good also. On white it is tough to remove. Your washer will need a new transmission or replacing.

If it is powdery I'd guess a soap buildup, especially if you've recently changed detergents. The new detergent is breaking up the old soap scum in the outer drum and it is redepositing onto your clothes. This should wash out/off.
Tip: If it's a soap residue, fill washer full without clothes with hot water. Add 1 gallon white vinegar and more hot water until the unit if as full as possible. Agitate 15 minutes and drain. Rinse with a full level and drain.

Front loading washer leaves stains

This often is called "lint" but is really a "whiting" left by un-dissolved soap and can be seen at it's worst on dark colored clothes. This is made worse in a colder climate where the cold water entering the washer is much colder than normal. Things that can effect the quality of the finished washed products.
Too much soap: ( we have a test for this further down the page ) If you follow the manufactures instructions on the box, then chances are you ARE using too much soap. They like to sell you their product, I find cutting usage in 1/2 of what the box says will still wash good and also cut your chances of getting "whiting" on your clothes.

I dried a burgundy comforter in my new dryer & the inside turned pink. How do I get it out & will it stain other loads, such as my whites?

I recommend using Automotive Brake Cleaner and following up with mild dish soap . Dry with towel. Run dryer for 15 minutes with a few old but clean towels . If the stain is still visible but not on the towels then I would say that it would NOT stain you other clothes.

Bosch dishwasher still some soap left on dishes

Most of the causes of the problem that you are describing are related to the way the dishes are loaded in the unit. To test this, run it empty and see if the dish soap dissipates.
