Question about Lenovo IdeaCentre A310 Laptop
Disconnect all power sources, including the battery. Open the laptop and remove the CMOS battery (the little round silver thing). Hold the power button to drain any residual charge for 10 seconds. Boot the computer without the CMOS battery inserted. it should say password disabled. Reassemble the computer and you're done!
