Question about Toys
Is this a brand new toy? Usually the volume goes down as the battery dies, so you might try replacing the battery on it. If a fresh battery doesn't solve the problem, I'd either take it back to the store (if it's new) or if you have skills with a soldering gun, pull the board from the toy and mod the volume (instructions on how to do this are on instructables.com) Hope this helps.
