Question about Samsung Star GT-S5233 Cell Phone
First of all, we need to make sure there is no moisture damage. So take the battery out of the back of the phone and there should be a little piece of litmus paper on the top part of the battery and in the battery housing on the phone. If either of those papers are pinkish-red then we have found the reason. If not then if the phone is less than a year old it should have a manufacturers warranty in which case the service provider will ship you a replacement.
