Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
If you are using a pc, click the start menu, followed by "Printers and Faxes". If you don't see that option, click "Control Panel" and look for it there. Right click the particular printer that you want to set up and choose printing preferences. You should be able to set this option somewhere in the preferences window (I can't tell you exactly where because I don't know what kind of printer you have). Generally the colour setting is under the category "Quality" but where that option is depends on your printer.
Once you've found the setting, click "Apply" and "ok". Now when you print, the default will be B&W.
If you are unable to find the B&W option, I'd suggest reposting your question with more details about what kind of printer you are using.
