Check all cables and power supply connection.
If the power supply is live, check the fuse to the electrical plug for your printer.
Take care.

There is shown in my canon IX 4000 that error paper jam but there is no jam actually. what can i do to solve this problem

In most cases the printer driver software can have errors while being in use or is shut down.If you are convinced there is no paper jam all what is needed is to reset. So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and then connect the Printer ONLY WHEN PROMPTED, to be detected as a new hardware as it will be installed. Now check the printer properties to see the ink levels.

Check the paper in detect switches, open and clean the feeding tray and the rollers.
Activate head cleaning before a test is taken.

I use printer Cannon IX 4000 when I power on my printer and print it, It blink green and yello led and show error message 6500. How dow I solve this problem?

this indicate error in the main board.. but what you can do before sending it to service centre, clean the sensor on the left side once you open the front cover.. these are the sensor which detect the ink and normally it will give some error if it can't read due to contamination of ink.

Error 6502 PIXMA iX 4000 with CISS

Ok there
Error Code 6502 appears generally after chaging a cartridge.

Solution:
  1. Unplug the printer.
  2. Remove the faulty Cartridge
  3. Plug in the printer and press and hold power button
  4. Keep it held down. Press Resume twice, and this should reset the fault.
