Question about Kitchen Ranges
Remove cover plate, then unscrew knife bolts, juices and meats have been lodged behind knife and pully that holds the knife, once knife is removed clean back of knife and front of pully face, becareful not to use too much water and ruin the bearings, then install knife before tighting screws spin blade with fingers to see that you have reached alginment,

Most models have a bearing, washer and spacer that are support the knife/blade in the head housing. The parts are cheap and not to difficult to change.
