Hey there.
1st options you should do;bring it to the company or dealer if warranty still void..
if already expired;then go to electronic technician or shop for that matter(i/o error)

How do i put music videos to my mp3 from limewire

if your device accepts videos, you have to make sure they are in the proper format for your player. Mp3 devices usually accept videos in .wma, .avi, etc..
you need to know what format(s) it will accept and then convert them. I recommend using media convert ( http//media-convert.com ). its online and free, so no software/viruses. upload your file, wait for the conversion, and download your file. I use it all the time for my iPod!
Best of luck!

Hi,
First of all formate your MP3 player through built-in format option of the player, remember dont try to format it through PC. then by using software provided with the MP3 copy songs of your choice and past in your player with the help of software, also don't copy and paste directly from PC to MP3.
This will solve your problem.
Thanks for using fixya.

File format error - Transcend T.sonic 610(1gb)

I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.

I hade just that prob. "format error" used to display. I did this:
1. dwl sonicStage (free)
2.- in the walkman went to menu/initialize/format
then displayed a confirmation screen, I confirmed
it displayed "formating...... COMPLETE"
3.- THEN plugged into the PC and transfered songs with Sonic
and it worked!

I CANT COPY MUSIC OR ANY FILES TO MY PLAYER AFTER FORMATTING

This could be a hardware failure. Try using a different computer and try to check if there is a drive letter conflict when going to device manger.
