It cant be viruses attact or system error. Try to reset your phone to factory setting (remove memory card before resetting):
switch off the phone, press 3 # and answer keys at once. now at the same time switch on the phone. keep pressing the keys until u see the text formatting written on the screen. reset code is 12345.
