Question about Salton PCST22 Popcorn Maker
I bought the last popcorn popper model number listed in subject. It was the display one and it didn't come with a box or instructions. Please help!
You can try calling this number to get the replacement parts:
Salton parts are handled by Fox International now, apparently, which also handles the parts for about 300 other companies.
You could also register at the website Kitchen Manuals Online - they have the manual, but you have to register to get it.
A friendly word of advice - as far as electronics are concerned, it is generally not a good idea to buy the display model or even "the last one in the store". They are the ones that invariably have the problems. Sometimes you're fine, but sometimes you're not. With mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, and changing business policies, it is harder and harder to get parts - even on products that are less than 2 years old.

I owned one of these and it worked for 2 whole months.
It's a popcorn machine, how hard could it be? Make sure the stirring bar it tight on it's shaft, make sure the plastic bolt is tight. Add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1/4 to 1/3 cup popcorn kernels. Turn the machine on. Turn the machine off when the popcorn stops popping, or you might scorch the popcorn.

This is the typical measurements for salton poppers.
If your popper is not 3 quart capacity then reduce in ratio.
for 3 quarts/litres of popcorn:
1 tbsp. (15 ml) of oil
1/3 cup (85 ml) of popcorn kernels
1 (15 ml)* of butter margerine
