Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Look at the rollers and near the print cartridges that stay open when the paper isn't moving along..that compress or lift as the paper is fed. Did you overload the paper tray? sometimes that forces the tab open way deep. A flashlight and plastic fork is all you should need. If it was used alot the hear could have bent a piece of plastic but that gets into the corner cases
Here's the user's manual but not sure if it will help but screws should NOT be the issue , most all of these problems are related to plastic or residue sticking the switch open so it thinks the paper is inside...check print cartridges...could be a scrap of a piece
